After having worked with social change organizations and leaders globally for 25 years I sense a deep need and desire to bring forward something different within ourselves in the ways we live and work.

Lived Experience

Indian-born female/femme immigrant born to a mixed Hindu and Muslim family who moved to the U.S. when young, navigating power dynamics that transcend borders and currently live as a settler on unceded Ohlone lands.

Immersed in diverse cultures and global perspectives through years of living, studying, and working in Spain, India, Nepal, Cambodia, and East Timor with a variety of communities and institutions.

Advancing social justice initiatives, frameworks and collaboratives through partnerships with NGOs, UN agencies, and local communities, emphasizing structural, relational and policy changes.

Building organizational capacity, aligning values, and fostering transparency and leadership within and across teams.

Committing to gender justice, racial justice, immigrant rights across diverse cultural contexts.

Developing, implementing, and evaluating programs across Asia, the US, and beyond, often in post-conflict or politically charged settings.

Designing and leading collaborative efforts such as funder collaboratives, leadership retreats, fellowship convenings, and capacity-building initiatives.

Incorporating wellness, embodied awareness, and trauma-informed practices into leadership development and organizational culture work.
